                                               Reservations and rates
 A one day deposit is required to hold your reservation. On stays of 4 days or more a
two day deposit is required We can do this over the phone with a valid credit card.
Balance is due in full two weeks before arrival date. We also collect a refundable 
 $200 damage deposit that is returned to you after the home is inspected.
Rates subject to change without notice.

Rates quoted above include 2 guests. $10.00 per person per night for additional
guests $5.00 if 7 yrs old or younger.
* Two nights required or weekend rate applies.
Two night minimum required for weekends and during Summer season.
Three night minimum required for Holidays and 6/1 - 7/31.

Cancellation policy:  We refund your reservation deposit on cancellations made two 
weeks before your arrival date minus a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less 
than two weeks before your arrival date will forfeit the entire reservation deposit. 
Maximum number of guests: 8. Any visitors staying more than two hours are 
considered guests. NO PETS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.
WINTER GUESTS staying during snow or icy conditions are required to have

From Indianapolis, Indiana

Take state rd 37 South through Bloomington , Bedford & Paoli to the junction with State Road 64. Take first exit on to State Rd 64 West,Stay on State Rd 64 West till you come to Taswell.(Approx. 4 Miles) In Taswell turn right on to Highfill Chapel Road. Go to the (T), take a left, go 2/10 of a mile to the (Y), take another left. Go 4/10 of a mile then you will be leaving the pavement onto gravel. Follow 8/10 of a mile this road dead ends. The home is on the right with a fishing pond in front.

From Louisville, Kentucky

Take interstate 64 West to Exit 79. Turn right on State Rd 37 North. Go 7 miles and bear right at the Junction of 64 West. Follow 3.2 miles to Taswell turn left on Highfill Chapel Road. Follow to the (T), take a left go 2/10 of a mile to the (Y), take another left. Go 4/10 of a mile then you will be leaving the pavement onto gravel. Follow 8/10 of a mile till road dead ends. The home is on the right with a fishing pond in front.

From Evansville, Indiana
