A trip to nearby Frenck Lick Casino offers gaming, food, golfing and shopping as well as train rides and cinemas. This home is private but it is centrally located to lots of activities. There are two marinas on Patoka lake with boat rentals and supplies. Winter is a special time if you are a skier with Ski Paoli Peaks just 25 miles away. The home is fully furnished with a full kitchen, washer / dryer and uniquely decorated with a hunting / fishing theme and rustic laminate wood floors. Large couches and rocker recliners keep things comfortable and the two satellite TV -DVD/VCR players keep it entertaining. With 28 windows and glass patio door the outdoors is always in view. The hot tub is located on the deck with views of the 2 acre grounds and private fishing lake. The charcoal grill is located off the deck as well as the large fire ring.
